Fastcap Mortise Tool Features:

  • Mortise Tools works with Artisan Accents (sold separately)

    • Fastcap Mortise Tool Steps:

  • 1. Identify where the pin needs to go and tap with the Mortise Tool to make the Accent divots.
  • 2. Install a trim screw, if using one (it is not necessary, the accents can simply be decorative)
  • 3. Align the Artisan Accent in the divots, tap with a hammer until the edge of the Artisan Accent is flush with the edge of the wood and you are done! You can apply a dab of 2P-10 under the Artisan Accent if you want; however, it is not necessary.
