    The Portamate MegaVise is the product with 101 practical uses. It puts function and portability in the hands of workers who are on the go, work alone or routinely tackle big projects. Because the MegaVise features a snap-pin stop design it is capable of quick adjustments and years of reliable service.
    Users of the MegaVise have grown from rough and finish carpenters, DIY'ers, and craftsmen to include field test engineers, automotive mechanics, mobile repair servicemen and sculptors. Even ski teams and bicycle racers describe how it helps them clamp and hold their work steady far from the workshop.
    The MegaVise tightens with force up to 1,500 lbs. and includes 3 interchangeable clutch plates with different profiles to grip your work tightly and fully opens to hold work up to 34.5 inches.
    The powder coated finish, durable construction, and collapsible legs make it an ideal tool to transport or hang in the garage when not in use.
