    Bad Service, good product November 9, 2011

    The products were all great from Johnson, but the service from DTC was not.  Oddly enough, I waited WAY too long for the tools, was told that the company would not pay for expedited service after it took 6+ days to ship...and the worst part was, Johnson Level is less than 10 miles from my home and could have been drop shipped to me!
