How do I return an item?

Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at Dynamite Tool Co within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
