Makita's new dust shroud orks with all 4-1/2-in - 5-in Makita Grinders. Its primary use of dust collection & containment mainly in concrete finishing, concrete material removal & paint or surface coating removal. Standard Hose fitting will work with most vacuum systems, OD 1-7/16-in. Removable Edge Piece allows for surface work flush to other objects. Soft brushes prevent dust from escaping & help move the tool over the surface. Best used with CV/PC Grinders - 9564CV/PC & 9565CV/PC.
